New aliit

I would be honored to be part of this clan and do whatever I can to help and make it grow. Also if there is help needed here on this Aliit, please let me know. Im here to serve for the Childern of Mandolore.

To both Sev and Solika, you are both more than welcome to join! I'll put together a list of the names everyone has suggested and then what about having a vote on it? Of course, that's assuming we can get enough people to vote on it.

Also, Fell, since you posted that aliik, does that mean we can use it for the clan? Because that would be awesome and a great way to feel official, I think.

Just one last point, my two centi-creds worth. There is no doubt that you, Solus, would be our Aliit'alor. Nau'ur would be an excellent clan name. This is similiar to what Kal Skirata did.

I guess we could do that too. Anyone else have any thoughts on that? I feel like we don't really need an aliit'alor since it'll be such a small clan. Though, if everyone feels like there should be one then it doesn't necessarily need to be me. Even though I'd be honored to have that position if that's what everyone agrees to.

Ok, so I'm about to send out an email to those who expressed interest in the aliit. Reasons for that being last time I sent out a mass email to all the members I'm not sure anyone got it. I don't know if that's because it went into spam filters or because they ignored it or because they haven't registered their accounts properly so they're not receiving emails.

Basically this is what I want to start planning for us:

Now that we have an official aliik I'm thinking about making something to put it on, whether that be t-shirts, mugs or patches. Or something else entirely. My idea is that I'll pay to make whatever the item is and then you kind members would send me some money for shipping costs to get it to you, this way, even with the distance, it feels a little bit more like an official aliit. T-shirts and patches come to mind first because I think they would be the easiest to get made and would give us something physical to have of the aliit. However, I'm open to other suggestions on this.

I'd also like to finalize our clan name. I know some of you have mentioned simply using Nau'ur as our clan name but there were also some other suggestions thrown around. Since we're so small for now I'd like to get a name we all can agree on.

That's pretty much my big two things that I want done for now. Hopefully the email with get people to get their shebse back in here and participate. ;D

You sure, about the money thing, shirts and patches can get expensive. I've looked into those myself. And you usually have to get a minimum number of like 20 or more depending upon who you use. Just throwing that out there. Isn't there only 5 or so of us?

Though if you do plan on going through with making them, I volunteer to make the design to give to whoever (actually been wanting to design a patch and shirt that actually gets made in reality and not just computer)

my mom could make t-shirts fairly easily thanks to cheap t-shirts at the craft store and that printable iron on t-shirt stuff. And even if I had a bunch made of a patch or something, maybe one day we'd get more members? That's just me being hopeful lol.

Well I was figuring we'd use the aliik but definitely you could go ahead and make the design! you are, after all, kind of our resident graphic artist person

As for the names I was going to put up a poll with them to be voted on. figured that was easiest.
